The 101 Financial Lessons newsletter is a weekly publication distributed via email, free to hundreds of teachers and parents.

It serves as a tool to help those educators teach important financial lessons to children of all ages.

Each week, we offer a new financial concept,  suggested methods to teach, resource links and a learning activity.

In addition to parents and teachers, many of those on our mailing list are home school parents and related organizations.

"Thanks for the link(s) to past newsletters! Your site is very interesting to me because I am in the process of developing a "Basic Skills" course for my high school students. I teach at an alternative (at-risk) high school whose population will probably not go to college. While there are several resources "out there," I feel it is very important for me to offer them a focused course in life skills. Some topics that I hope to include are: checkbooks, savings accounts, interest, insurance, taxes, investing, bargain shopping, buying a car/home, budgeting, etc. Your site discusses many of these topics! Thanks!"
